Storage & Pre Heat:

Storage and pre heat vary by item type. Store in freezer last up to 3 months, refrigerated/chilled up to 4 days. Room temperature up to 10hrs. Storage in freezer is highly recommended. If frozen, item need to be thaw before steaming. Steam for about 10-15mins before consuming. You will receive your item either in frozen/chilled condition and pls store it in freezer once received.
